Mentoring is built around a relationship
between a Mentor and a Mentee.

WHAT IS A MENTOR?

A mentor is someone with valuable experience and expertise who offers advice and support. A key role of a mentor is that of a guide who helps promote personal growth, professional goals, knowledge and skill development within a mentee’s career.

WHAT IS A MENTEE?

A mentee is someone who is eager to grow, learn, and develop professionally or personally, and who engages with a mentor for this purpose. A key role is to be open, curious, and ready to transform knowledge and advice into meaningful progress in their career and personal life.

MENTORING: WHAT IT IS NOT

Mentoring is not personal therapy nor is it life-coaching. However, mentoring does maintain legal and ethical components such as confidentiality.

If mentoring sounds like a growth opportunity you would like to explore,

please fill out the contact form or check back in early Winter 2025.
